The Connect Your Community Institute was created in 2017 by a small group of experienced Cleveland-based digital inclusion advocates and practitioners, as a sustainable (i.e. very low cost) platform for research, publications, public advocacy and program innovation in support of digital justice in Northeast Ohio. In line with our commitment to sustainabiity,  CYC has never had a paid staff.

Our unpaid Director is Bill Callahan.
